The perfect Summer dress styled 4 ways

With all this talk on Fall’s near arrival, you’d think the discussion of a Summer dress would be dismissed. Not in my closet. Yes, it’s August, school is set to start in a few weeks and the temps may have dropped a mere 10 degrees, but it’s still hot in NC (and hearing from most, everywhere else). So – we must discuss. What are the things you love most about a Summer dress? How it flows? A vibrant print? How about the versatility? This one has it all. I grabbed this gorgeous printed Summer dress off Amazon last month and couldn’t be more impressed – it checks off all the reqs + some!

Today’s post features this Amazon Summer dress and four ways to style it. I will note this particular dress is offered in several prints and colors (24 to be exact) and is under $33 + Prime ship! The buttons are completely functional all the way down, providing optional ways to style. It fits TTS.

1.

Styled as is // This print is simply gorgeous. Here I wore it with some embellished heels. An easy dress to wear right off the hanger!

2.

Dress it down // This is the look I am most apt to reach for – throw on a denim jacket to dress it down a bit! Tho not seen here, you could easily switch out the heels with a mule, bootie, or even slides for a more casual look!

3.

Utilize the buttons // One thing I love about this dress is it’s fully functional buttons! Here I created a long flowing top by buttoning the top buttons only. I threw on some skinny jeans and created a flirty ensemble!

4.

Create a cardigan or kimono // Unbutton the buttons all together and wear it as a cardigan/kimono! The kimono style provides a pop of color and effortless layer. Seen here with a basic knotted tank and skinny jeans, this dress turned kimono is a keeper!

A dress, top, and kimono all in one!? Goes to show this Amazon find is versatile – welcoming this 3 in 1 into my closet has opened doors to Summer style. Which look is your favorite?
