Hello friends! It’s that time of year, can you believe it? Next Monday marks the kids first day back to school. One would think I’ll enjoy the morning’s silence, but truthfully, I know I’ll miss the household chatter. I’ve definitely struggled this Summer, trying to manage the chaos and balance each day’s tasks at hand.
Seems as if every Summer that goes by, I develop a deeper respect for teachers and your ability to do all you do, so easily! God bless you! Your loyalty, patience, time, and support does not go unnoticed. Without you, we’d be at a loss. As a parent, I truly appreciate the God given gift teachers carry, and express my deepest gratitude to of those here in the education field! That said, this capsule post is for you!
I know I am not a teacher, but in the past I’ve had to find pieces that are work appropriate, layer able and considered dress casual. Ya’ll have loved both my LOFT and Target back to school posts in past years, so I thought another go round would be fun!
This year I thought to stay TSS cohesive and instead of just providing you several affordable back to school teacher fits, I decided to build an affordable teacher capsule for you to source, heading back into the classroom. For those that aren’t teachers, my hope is you can equally draw inspo, as I consider every item suitable for the workplace.
This 20 piece capsule consists of a combination of items from Loft, Target, and J.Crew factory that are all individually under $70. All work cohesively together to mix, match and build a multitude of outfits for the workday! So, let’s get to it!
