The blazer – quite possibly the classiest piece of clothing one can own in closet. It’s a piece you can dress up or down depending on occasion and can easily transition your look from day to night. Last week I tried on this gorgeous white linen blazer and instantly fell in love. I am not one to impulse shop – my cost conscious self needed to justify the spend. So I envisioned ways to style this gem this Spring and it didn’t take long to convince the buy. That said, today’s styling session shares several ways to style a white blazer. Let’s get to it!
jumpsuit (similar) | heeled sandal
This piece can easily steal the show, tho here I chose to use it as an accent piece. The blazer serves as a nice contrast to the floral jumpsuit. You could pair it with any floral printed piece of clothing – a romper, pant, or dress would work perfectly!
bodysuit | high waisted black denim | leopard flats
Here I chose to showcase the piece. With the exception of the pop of leopard in my flats, the blazer is the main attraction! I love the monochromatic black look and think this is so classy looking!
bodysuit | necklace | boyfriend denim | heeled sandal
This look could quite easily top as my favorite. I took the term of dressed up casual seriously! I love contrast of the distressed denim and the linen blazer. I am wearing a solid colored bodysuit, tho a laced cami could bring in a bit of texture to the look. Sans lace, I still wanted a bit more, so I accessorized with a diamond shaped pendant. An easy change of pant, and this serves as an easy office to happy hour ensemble.
Here I dressed up my weekend look! Tho you cannot tell in the photo, these are sailor shorts that have the cutest buttons where pockets would sit. I played the match game, and chose to style this look using the shorts that mimicked the buttons on the blazer sleeves. I love the contrast of the graphic tee and blazer as well.
cami | highwaisted short | sandal
Lastly, I chose to style this gem with a highwaisted short. Those buttons served as inspiration for my tucked in cami and my taupe colored sandals completed the look. Perfect look for the office, baby shower, or brunch.
I know I’ll get much use out of this versatile piece! Of the looks shown, I’d love to learn your favorite! Comment below or share with me on Instagram! As always, thanks for stopping by!
