Welcome back to our weekly style guide – where I share 7 fresh outfit ideas for the week! This week we are giving credit where it’s due. If you’ve been around for a bit, you know I devote at least one blog post for our teachers this time of year. In past years I’ve built a structured capsule wardrobe and have shared Back to School try ons from a variety of retailers. While the pieces are likely no longer available, the posts themselves are still rich with inspo. This week’s Teacher Edition adds to our teacher style curriculum (see what I did there? 😉) in the best way. Per usual, click the day’s image to shop any of the Teacher Edition outfits or tap any of the individuals below to direct you to their existing site. Be sure to check back next week for new styled looks!
Monday
Starting off the week with a classic combo. I love the print on this tie-neck bow blouse. Pair it with pleated navy pants and a practical leather tote to hold all of your teacher essentials. If heeled pumps aren’t for you, you can easily go more comfortable with a slingback kitten heel or even flats!
Tuesday
Wednesday
I found these paperbag pants a few years back and love them. You can see a few other ways I’ve styled the black pair, here. They’re available in several colors and style so well with a simple top and embellished mules. Add some complimentary accessories and you’re set!
Thursday
What would our week be without a pretty skirt? I love the pleated style and when paired with a buttoned cardigan up top, it screams Fall to me. I realize it may be a little hot right now to pull this off, so an optional look would be to go casual with a graphic tee and sneakers – the juxtaposition of dress and casual never miss in my book.
Friday
I’ve got your casual Friday covered! A simple bodysuit, straight leg jeans and loafer mules read stylish and comfortable. I found this adorable personalized sweatshirt to layer and colorful lanyard to complete your end of week fit!
Saturday
Now I realize a teachers workweek is typically Monday thru Friday, but to add to our inspo I thought to provide a full week of classroom appropriate looks! A button up, pants, flats and comfy cardigan read cool and classic. These blue light reading glasses and water bottle will both render useful.
Sunday
I found this fun printed wrap maxi and think it’s the perfect addition to any teacher’s wardrobe. Go casual with sneakers and a denim lady jacket or dressy with Mary Jane pumps and a blazer. This number is an easy pull any day of the week!
